Outreach Programs
Alzheimer's Family Day Center (AFDC) is
available to give presentations on Alzheimer's and
caregiving to a variety of community organizations,
including: businesses, school groups, service organizations,
and faith communities. We can tailor presentations to most
audiences. Please contact
AFDC's outreach coordinator
